Here you deliberately move away from everything nearby you, only to be encompassed by new elements, new people, new experiences. To find the richness from the bleakness, the lushness hidden within the barren, the vibrancy next to the bleakness. Although your stay here will be temporary it may be days, weeks, months or years before you emerge in a new position. You will know what the price was that you paid for the comforts of home, office, salary, saying yes to everything & everyone. However now you will live without the fences. This is a place to seek deep relief after sustained trauma, extreme conflicts & continual stress & crisis.
Wilderness
This environment is distinct, it is not held together by the superficial. The elite careers or ego are not what will get you through this land. Rather it will be the messages delivered in the wind, the sun on your face. This is not the place for mass consumption, expenditure, hoarding or stashing piles of wealth. This however is still a place of abundance with streams of a different kind flowing through as people make their way purposely & with integrity constant movement on their journeys. The colours, the sounds, the conversations, the hospitality & the tales will provide you with fuel.
Caravanserai
Purposefully constructed & dispersed at intervals to arrive at the end of a day’s travel to refresh are roadside guest houses. Within these oasis’s reflect on what it is in life that dehydrates you, has a hold over you like quicksand, becomes a barrier that stands in your way like a vertical rockface. What arid conditions have you existed in & what have you been deprived of. At which point could you have or should you have taken a different path, chosen a different direction. Although the past cannot be retrieved you do not need to repeat missteps. When you are ready to lay those burdens down & leave them behind, then you are ready for the next day’s travel.

Within this vast expanse hidden perils also lurk, people disguised as helpful can at best rob you - at worse destroy you. How do you ward off their threatening approach & send them on their way, what discerning knowledge will assist. Know how to gravitate to those of rectitude, the protectors, the watchers, the gatekeepers, the ferrymen. Your currency in this land is your pure intent rather then a bag full of gold & the bluff that you are worthy. If you have an open heart you will be protected from the heat, the haze, the mirages, the dust storms. How do the dangers here translate to the menaces at home.
Coming Out
You will leave behind any sense of ungratefulness, anxiety & fears. You will know how to face the challenges that you come across as you will be alert, using new perceptions. Much will have dropped away & dependence on coping mechanisms will cease. What no longer has relevance or importance evaporates, but wow - what has your soul gained. No material items can equate to this sensation. You will carry yourself in a different form, a literal enhanced composition. You are in control of your emotions, your choices, the connections & communication you maintain.
